Random questions one might ask themselves
Frequently asked questions
Does CBD have psychoactive effects?
All CBD products contain less than .03mg of THC. You will not feel the high effects in products with that level of THC. You will feel relaxed mind, body, and spirit. It is highly unlikely that you will test positive for a drug test. But with all things use your best judgement as it fits to your lifestyle.
How do I get an exchange for defective or damaged products?
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase.
*Pretty Cush + Cush Dispensary will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on prettycush.com or cushdispensary.com.
**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.
Do you wholesale your products to stores & other dispensaries?
Yes, Pretty Cush + Cush Dispensary does wholesale our products in small batches to other stores and dispensaries. We would love to link up to discuss whether our brands align. Email us at email@example.com
What's the deal on coupon codes and discounts?
Coupon codes and discount codes are NOT eligible for refunds and cannot be applied retroactively once an order is placed. If a code is not valid, we apologize but assure you that we already offer some of the most competitive prices for hemp and CBD.
If you wish to receive our newsletter which periodically contains coupon codes you can sign up through the pop-up window on prettycush.com or cushdispensary.com. Please do not email our customer service team to request codes, when codes are available they are published in the newsletter.
What is CBD ?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a cannabis component that is widely used as a health supplement. The human endocannabinoid system responds positively to CBD, so people who use CBD supplements may experience an enhanced quality of life overall. Because CBD is not significantly psychoactive, it can be used by anyone, whether or not they have a medical marijuana recommendation.
Are hemp derived CBD products legal?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD products such as ours are legal in the United States. We are 2018 Farm Bill Compliant.
Do your products contain THC?
Our flower and hemp pre-roll products contain less than 0.3% delta-9-THC (the psychoactive compounds found in the type of cannabis one might smoke). Our “isolate” products have no detectable THC.
What percentage of CBD do you have in your products?
The percentage of CBD varies by product. You can check out the percentages on our lab test results page.
Would I fail a drug test?
Most drug screens and tests for the metabolites your body makes when consuming Delta 9 THC and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp-based constituents. While our products are low in Delta 9 THC, they are not THC free. Studies have shown that consuming hemp with low THC can cause one to fail a drug test. Since there are many variables we cannot answer this question for each person.
What is your filter made of?
Pre rolls are done in King Size Cone with a filter. No tobacco, synthetics or additives are included in the hemp joint.
Is CBD safe for me to ingest with my other medications?
Please refer to your doctor or health care provider for any questions about the safety of our product for you. If you use prescription medications, take supplements or have underlying health conditions that cause concern, check with a health care provider to make sure that our CBD oil will be safe for your use.
If my CBD color changes what does that mean?
The color change is normal and can occur over time due to oxidation from the air.
